Yes, there are laws that state that only US citizens can vote, but they’re not being enforced. Much like the Whistleblower protection laws. You can have all the laws in the world, but if politicians are not willing to enforce them, then the laws are worthless. Elizabeth Warren should help to enforce the damn laws.
