WATCH: Shocking goals of ‘Democratic socialists’ include abolishing U.S. Senate, replacing capitalism * WorldNetDaily * by Bob Unruh

The Democrat party, flailing after the 2024 presidential election catastrophe without identifiable leaders and with no message beyond “But Trump!” now is claiming once more to be the “Big Tent” political party
This time it’s Democratic socialists who are inside the door, those like New York City’s new mayor, several party candidates for Congress in New York and Colorado.
And here is one of the leaders of that faction explaining what he wants to impose on you.
Elimination of the Electoral College. Elimination of the U.S. Senate. And “socialism.”
“We don’t think that’s extreme,” complained Ashik Siddique, a spokesman for the growing Democratic Socialists of America insurgency across the country.
Power, he said, “is not conceded without struggle,” and he’s working on that, or order to replace capitalism with socialism, he said.
DSA’s Ashik Siddique: Our goal is “to replace capitalism with socialism.”
“That power is not conceded without struggle.”

Another agenda point: Eliminate the U.S. Senate. “We don’t think that’s extreme,” he said.
DSA Co-Chair: We Want To Abolish The Senate

He wants to “expand” democracy but stop short of “an authoritarian system,” he said.
Communism isn’t his goal, he insists. But the agenda just wants to “seize property, open the borders, pass mass amnesty, end ICE, pack SCOTUS,” and end prisons and police.

Social media reacted to his agenda negatively:
“Excuse me, but Socialism is incompatible with Democracy. It’s the stepping stone to Communism.”
“As is usual – one must invert the meaning of common words to get to the core of what they are actually saying.”
“Let him preach it in Bangladesh!”
“Oh, how I hate inversion of the English language, most especially for political purposes.”
“DSA Co-Chair insists Democrat Socialism is different than Communism: ‘We don’t want an authoritarian system. We want to expand democracy.’ Trying to think of a socialist country where the installed leader is at even the slightest risk of being voted out …”
“You don’t move wealth from makers to takers without authoritarian government.”
“To be fair, naked ‘democracy’ is mob rule, or two wolves and a sheep deciding what’s for dinner. And it’s not who votes that counts, it’s who counts the votes.”
