State Department blames one country for infectious communism plaguing U.S. * WorldNetDaily * by Bob Unruh

President Donald Trump has commented several times about the possibility of the United States taking action that would involve a takeover of Cuba.
Now the State Department has released a report, “Cuba: The Capital of 21st Century Communism,” that offers a foundation for such action.
It explains it’s because Cuba’s leftist ideologies and impulses have been behind many of the extremism agendas invading America right now.
Forbes said the report makes “inflammatory” claims, accusing Cuba of “fostering an anti-American network of left-wing activism in the U.S.,” including the Democrat party’s latest flame, the Democratic Socialists of America, as well as Black Lives Matter and more.
The report reviews tensions between Cuba and the U.S. from the Cold War on, and looks at the island nation’s “sprawling revolutionary network that shaped a disproportionate share of America’s most famous and influential extremist movements.”

It continues, the report charges, to “maintain ties to powerful leftist nonprofits, anti-ICE collectives, socialist groups, and Marxist militant organizations across the United States.”
Forbes said, “The report comes as the Trump administration has shown heightened interest in toppling the communist regime and has squeezed Cuba economically with an oil blockade—President Donald Trump warned in an interview with Fox News last week, ‘a lot of things are going to happen in Cuba over the next several months,’ though he said he doesn’t ‘see it being like Venezuela,’ referring to the U.S.’ effective takeover of Venezuela, which Trump noted is more rich in natural resources than Cuba.”
The report explains, “Many of the most significant upheavals in recent American political history—from the George Floyd riots to the rise of Antifa to the explosion of pro-terrorist activism on American college campuses—can be linked, in some way, shape, or form to Cuban influence.”
Trump actually said in March that Cuba “is next” while discussing the success of the U.S. military operation in Venezuela, where a dictator was unseated.
Further, a report at the RAIR Foundation said the State Department’s 100-page assessment of Cuba charges Cuba has sent spies to the U.S.
The report asserts that [Cuba] has invested heavily in infiltrating entities within the U.S., citing its links to the Democratic Socialists of America.
Fun fact: DSA has been a member of the National Network on Cuba since 2019.
This solidarity statement explains why DSA made Cuba activism a national priority and how that commitment grew directly out of a resolution passed at its 2019 convention. pic.twitter.com/CVxYRDvB93

“The report finds that for nearly seven decades, the Cuban regime has played an indispensable role in nearly every notable far-left insurgency, revolution and militant movement across and beyond the Western Hemisphere,” a State Department statement said. “Cuba created one of the most sophisticated and adept espionage and subversion operations in the world – almost singularly focused on penetrating and undermining the United States.”
There also is the group that started as a left-wing protest group, called Venceremos, which the report said has evolved into a multicultural Maoist/Community brigade.
The report explains, “Whereas the old Soviet left had been built around the party, labor unions, and Marxist theories of economic class struggle, the New Left was animated by Black Power, radical feminism, Third World liberation, and—above all else—the radical rejection of Western culture, history and identity in all its forms.”
🚨 SHOCKING EXPOSURE: Cuba is the CAPITAL OF 21st CENTURY COMMUNISM — and they’ve been waging a DECADES-LONG SECRET WAR against America! 🔥

It lays out that, “The Cubans devoted themselves to recruiting, cultivating and mobilizing a global coalition of activists, intellectuals, and political groups around this cause, building a sprawling revolutionary network that shaped a disproportionate share of America’s most famous and influential extremist movements, from the Black Panthers and the Weather Underground through to Antifa.”
Cuba has been branded a national security threat by U.N. Ambassador Mike Waltz, and just weeks ago CIA Director John Ratcliffe met with Cuban officials to share with them a warning from Trump about a response to its actions.
“Delegations of American radicals traveled to Cuba to learn the tactics of urban terrorism and guerrilla warfare,” the report accuses.

The report also claimed Cuba has a plan to mobilize activist organizations across the U.S. at military bases, Immigration and Customs Enforcement facilities and elsewhere.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio has said, “The Cuban regime’s sprawling intelligence and ideological networks helped build the far-left in our country and in our hemisphere, and it remains inextricably linked to far-left groups and movements across and beyond the West.”
For more than six decades, the Cuban regime has been the leading sponsor of radical leftism and Third Worldism in the United States.
