‘My family is being targeted’: Christian influencer pleads for help after Muslims threaten harm for not saying Islam is peaceful * WorldNetDaily * by WND Staff
Michael Jones
A Christian influencer and apologist who defends the faith online – while sometimes criticizing other religions – is asking for help from followers after his family was reportedly threatened by a Muslim detractor.
Michael Jones, who runs a site called Inspiring Philosophy, posted:
“My family is being targeted by Islamic extremists. My family has been threatened with r*pe and violence. They are currently looking for my home address to target us. I need your help to move to a new home where we will be safe.”
As Not the Bee reported, Jones sought $100,000 via a GoFundMe effort – and received more than $250,000.
Jones posts humorous skits to explain theological concepts, but some Muslims don’t appreciate when he takes on Islam. This video addresses the veracity of the Quran:
The money raised is meant to allow Jones to move his family to a gated community to heighten their security.
Not the Bee posted this image of a threat to Jones:

Some Muslims on X claimed the threat was fake and called Jones a “grifter.”
Jones responded via this post:
Never forget how evil these people are. In one post they complain the Christian community is helping my family move to safety, and in the next they state they want to find my new address so they can continue to dox, harass, and threaten my wife and kids.
