A federal judge nominated by Barack Obama was found by a court to have lied when she claimed a law clerk made up stories about her apparently loud sex in her chambers.

And two members of Congress have started a move to impeach Eleanor Ross.

But that’s not why lawyers demanded that she be removed from a case over voter roll issues in the state of Georgia.

That’s because she blatantly attended a campaign event for Fani Willis, the Fulton County district attorney who fabricated a massive organized crime case against President Donald Trump and many others, only to see it collapse because of her conflict of interest, her decision to hire her paramour to work on the case.

According to a Washington Examiner report, Ross, based in Atlanta’s federal courts, has granted the motion by the Department of Justice that she be disqualified from the voter roll lawsuit by the DOJ against Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

The report noted, “Willis gained national prominence in 2023 when she indicted Donald Trump, then a former president, regarding his alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election. The Democratic district attorney ran for a second term in 2024 as she prosecuted Trump and others in the racketeering case. She was later disqualified from the case by the Georgia Court of Appeals.”

Then the DOJ cited reports that Ross was the federal judge who participated in an event honoring Willis, charging her connection created “the appearance of bias.”

“A judge who attended a party celebrating the election of a Democrat best known for prosecuting a Republican President for alleged election interference cannot then preside over a case concerning that President’s efforts to ensure election integrity,” the DOJ said.

Ross eventually concluded the request “is appropriate.”

“Perceived support of Willis’ position on election integrity could cause an objective observer to significantly doubt [Ross’s] impartiality in this case,” the judge wrote.

The Examiner reported on the judge’s scandals: “Ross was privately reprimanded following a court investigation into her alleged misconduct, according to reports. The investigation also centered on a law clerk’s allegations that the judge had sex with an Atlanta police officer in her court chambers, where her staff could hear them. Ross initially denied the allegations last year, and the court determined she was lying. At the time, the judge claimed the law clerk might have invented the allegations in retaliation for being required to work in the office. She later apologized to the former clerk.”

The dispute in the pending case concerns voter roll access as part of President Trump’s agegnda to provide integrity to American eletions.

Raffensperger claims state law prohibits the release of voters’ confidential personal information unless the federal government meets certain conditions.

WorldNetDaily reported the judge’s scandalous behavior even has triggered an attempt to impeach her.

Willis, meanwhile, is facing millions of dollars in claims in compensation for legal fees for her RICO case against Trump and others that failed.

Already, the 11th Judicial Circuit has found Ross involved in “judicial misconduct” for attending the partisan Willis event.
