How multiculturalism and immigration brought Muslims' religious war to the U.S. * WorldNetDaily * by Don Feder

How insensitive of Christians to celebrate their holidays publicly. Don’t they know that it upsets Muslims?

In Europe, Christmas markets are again under attack. In 2024, a man who was driving while Islamic plowed into a crowd at one of Germany’s largest Christmas markets in Magdeburg, killing six and wounding 309.

This year, a number of Christmas markets won’t open because of increased security costs.

In 2025, the tactics have changed but not the objective. In Milan late last month, a number of militants climbed onto statues waving Islamic flags and blasting noise to disrupt the local Christmas market. The police had to be called in to end the siege.

In Brussels, Muslims stormed the opening night of a Christmas market, waving Palestinian flags, setting off smoke bombs and beheading a statue of the baby Jesus. How the Grinch waged jihad on Christmas.

In the United States, religion-of-peaceniks are feeling their hummus after just electing one of their own mayor of America’s largest city. At mosques in Brooklyn, prayers are blasted from loudspeakers five times a day, starting at 5 a.m. Some of the faithful pray in the streets, asserting their dominance in what used to be Christian America.

As the Muslim presence in the United States grows, cultural imperialism spreads.

Detroit Imam Imran Salha arrogantly asserts: “You Americans are ignorant. … The last hope for America is in Islam. … We are the leaders of the world, the masters and the teachers. We bring Shariah and spices to the white man’s unseasoned chicken.” You only have to look at the wretched places they rule to see their superiority.

Before you can spice and cook a chicken, you first have to slit its throat and pluck its feathers. We are the chicken.

The man arrested in the shootings of two National Guard members in the District of Columbia last month is one of 100,000 poorly vetted Afghans brought here by President Biden. Observers say that before the shootings, the man shouted, “Allahu Akbar!” which is not Arabic for “God rest ye merry gentlemen.”

In Minnesota, some members of the Somali “community” ripped off $1 billion in welfare funds. Part of the loot found its way back to Somalia to help fund the terrorist al-Shabab. Gov. Tim “Jazz Hands” Walz warns us not to “stigmatize the entire community,” which, coincidentally, has done so much to help elect left-wing Democrats such as Rep. Ilhan Omar, Minnesota Democrat, the gal from Mogadishu.

Instead, let’s stigmatize Christians and Jews, the only groups we’re allowed to offend with impunity.

The year that ended with a bang in the District started with the screech of tires in the Big Easy. In New Orleans on New Year’s Day, Muslim convert Shamsud-Din Jabbar drove his pickup truck into a crowd, killing 14 and injuring 52.

Longtime conservative activist Gary Bauer says of the National Guard shootings: “Judeo-Christian civilization is based on the Bible. The assassin came from a civilization built on the Quran. You can see the difference with your own eyes. We cannot keep bringing in people from Islamist cultures and expect a good outcome.”

Charlie Kirk agreed, once observing that “Islam is not compatible with Western civilization.”

One leader who is standing firm against the American jihad is Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, who just designated the Muslim Brotherhood and the Council on American-Islamic Relations as foreign terrorist organizations.

He declares: “The Muslim Brotherhood and [the Council on American-Islamic Relations] have long made their goals clear: to forcibly impose Shariah law and establish Islam’s ‘mastership of the world.’ The actions taken by the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR that support terrorism across the globe and subvert our laws through violence, intimidation and harassment are unacceptable.”

The Texas Department of Health has just closed the halal kitchen in the Lone Star State, metaphorically speaking.

I hope groups such as the American Civil Liberties Union, which worked long and hard to drive religious expression from the public square, are happy with the result. Nature abhors a vacuum. Islam is filling that void, as it has throughout its history.

Within 100 years of the death of Muhammad, Islam had spread from Spain in the west to India in the east. That wasn’t the result of peaceful proselytizing, like: “Hi, I’m from the local mosque. Have you heard about the prophet?”

Today, a religious war is raging from Nigeria to Western Europe. Thanks to immigration and multiculturalism, it’s here now too. Will Americans celebrate Christmas 100 years hence? That depends on what we do today.
