The lip-reading pro picked apart a chat involving Mark Rutte (the Secretary General of NATO), Croatia's President Zoran Milanovic and Netherlands' Prime Minister Dick Schoof, where they appeared to be poking fun at the US President. This comes after French leader Emmanuel Macron blasted Trump over his attacks on Iran.

Their banter reportedly veered toward Trump when Rutte posed a question to Milanovic: "Did you get together at all?" Despite the basic nature of the inquiry, Rutte was evidently tense, peering through narrowed eyes and leaning in which hinted at a deeper meaning behind their words. Orban then tossed back a sardonic: "This is the Prime Minister of the USA. What a tosser. He wants to meet in France and speak there."

Schoof, taken aback by this, interjected with a stunned: "Are you mad?", clearly worried about the implications. To which Milanovic gave a cryptic: "It depends what he wants."
Almost incredulously, Schoof echoed: "You are mad."
With a casual air, Milanovic added: "Obviously it affects the world, doesn't it?" affirming the significant impact of their topic, a sentiment to which Rutte concurred: "Yes, it does."
Milanovic concluded his thoughts on Trump with a blunt summation: "What a tosser."
The term "tosser" is known as an offensive term for someone considered stupid or unpleasant, according to the Cambridge dictionary, and it serves as an insult in various European countries.
Amidst this, Trump reignited concerns about the United States' commitment to protecting its allies in the event of an attack while gearing up to attend a NATO summit.

Speaking to journalists on Air Force One, Trump said that whether he adheres to Article 5 of NATO's founding treaty — which ensures collective defense amongst members — "depends on your definition.
"There's numerous definitions of Article 5. You know that, right?" Trump remarked. "But I'm committed to being their friends."
He suggested that he would clarify his interpretation of Article 5 upon reaching the summit.
