U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) posted a controversial video Sunday on X showing a protestor being dragged away in a cart.

"PORTLAND — Refuse to walk? We’ll give you a ride", the caption read. The post was accompanied with audio from the 2005 Ridin' song by Chamillionaire.

There was a mix of reaction to the post by the federal agency. One user, @FrankMikeDavis1, wrote: "In May, Stephen Miller ordered ICE to arrest NON-CRIMINALS on streets & in workplaces! In the first 2 weeks of June, ICE arrested 927 non-criminals, a 3-fold increase compared to non-criminals arrested in February!" It comes after Trump's sinister plan for Portland was thwarted by a judge he appointed.

A lot of users said "this is what" they "voted for." The nationality of the protestor in the video, however, was unknown.
Another user, @BreakingNews4X, wrote: "Is he an immigrant? "U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement" being used as Federal Police on US citizens seems wrong."

Dozens of demonstrators marched, waved signs and showed their resistance on Sunday as federal government escalates their tactics concerning the protests outside the Portland ICE facility.

ICE agents stood on the roof next to social media influencers with camera as on-ground protesters walked back and forth carrying signs urging the Immigration and Customs Enforcement personnel to leave.

Sunday's demonstration outside ICE facility comes as a federal judge blocked President Trump's decision to deploy National Guard troops to the city, resulting in Trump appealing the ruling followed by his decision to send 200 California National Guard troops to Portland.
KOIN 6 News reported that as of 5:30 p.m. PDT Sunday, no National Guard troops were seen at the facility.

A Trump appointed federal judge in Oregon issued a second temporary restraining order on Sunday night after the Trump administration attempted to circumvent Saturday's order preventing them from deploying National Guard troops into Portland.
Protests have been going on in Portland for the past few weeks outside the ICE facility in opposition to the Trump administration's hardline immigration policies.
The Trump administration had pledged to deploy national guard troops on federal orders and federal officials to the city, despite fervent opposition by local leaders.
