Pop star Justin Bieber has spoken out on rumors suggesting he's using drugs.
The 30-year-old singer's team felt compelled to address the speculation after recent public appearances left fans worried about his health due to his noticeably thin and tired appearance. As concerns for the Baby singer, who recently became a father with wife Hailey Bieber, flooded social media, a representative for the Grammy winner decided to set the record straight.
"The recurring narrative that Justin is using hard drugs is absolutely not true," his representative said, asserting that Bieber is currently "in one of the best places in his life."
According to the spokesperson, Justin is fully engaged in parenting his six-month-old son, Jack Blues, with Hailey, while also focusing on creating new music.

As he prioritizes his marriage, fatherhood, and music career, the constant rumors about his mental and physical health are reportedly taking a toll on him.
The spokesperson expressed frustration to TMZ, stating that such reports are "exhausting and pitiful and shows that despite the obvious truth, people are committed to keeping negative, salacious, harmful narratives alive."
In recent months, the Yummy singer has caused a wave of concern after appearing tired and thin during several appearances in New York City. Sources told TMZ that his exhausted look was due to a sleepless night spent recording in the studio and caring for his son who was having difficulty sleeping.
Fans' worries turned towards drug use because Justin had previously opened up about his struggles with addiction in 2020. In an episode of his documentary series, Justin Bieber: Sessions, he revealed that he started smoking marijuana at the age of "12 or 13".

He also spoke about the immense pressure of becoming famous at 13 and the challenging transition of living under the spotlight as a teenager. Eventually, he confessed to using "pretty heavy drugs" and relying on marijuana before turning to alcohol.
In 2021, he looked back on his drug use as a coping mechanism to deal with the pain and sadness he felt despite his success. He sought sobriety after feeling like he "was dying".
