President Trump gives FIFA World Cup trophy to Championship Spanish Team

Spain won the 2026 World Cup at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on Sunday.

Spain beat Argentina 1-0 in extra time.

This is Spain’s second World Cup title.

After controlling the final for long stretches, Spain finally found the breakthrough that delivered the World Cup title,” Yahoo Sports reported.

This may be Lionel Messi’s last World Cup game.

Before the game, Trump flew over the stadium on board his Marine One helicopter.

Trump was later seen in the packed stadium, with over 80,000 roaring fans, during the singing of the National Anthem, performed by Grammy Award-winning artist Jennifer Hudson.
