President Trump dropped a bombshell announcement to the world regarding his last favorite European country after reaching his absolute limit with them regarding their freeloading off America and NATO.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Trump is participating in the NATO summit in Ankara, Turkey this week.
One of the most notable slackers in paying NATO dues is Spain, which has a far-left, anti-American government led by Socialist Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez. For years, the nation has refused to meet NATO spending targets, preferring to spend money on worthless social programs.
On top of this, they have refused to support America in its war against Iran in any fashion.
While meeting with NATO leader Mark Rutte on Wednesday, Trump announced to reporters that he was ordering an immediate end to all trade and visits to Spain.
He said this was because the nation is a terrible NATO partner that refuses to pay its dues.
“We don’t want to do any trade business with Spain anymore,” Trump said. “Spain is a terrible partner in NATO.”
“They don’t participate, they don’t pay, he continued. “I don’t want anything to do with Spain. Cut off all trade with Spain, including visits.”

Trump went on to predict Spain would come running back to America while pointing out how terribly the country’s leaders treat Rutte.
This is not the first time Trump has threatened to cut off all trade ties with Spain.
Back in March, Trump announced in the Oval Office that he ordered Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent to cut off all trade dealings with Spain for denying America permission to use their bases to attack Iran.
“Spain has been terrible. In fact, I told Scott to cut off all dealings with Spain,” Trump said. “Spain actually said that we can’t use their bases. And that’s all right. We could use their base if we want. We could just fly in and use it. ”
The country’s far-left, open borders Prime Minister, Pedro Sanchez, slammed Israel and the US for striking Iran and killing Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
Sanchez stated that his government rejected “the unilateral military action by the United States and Israel, which represents an escalation and contributes to a more uncertain and hostile international order.”
Spain later reportedly bent the knee to Trump in some fashion, though the country denied caving.
