President Trump made a Truth Social Post wishing a happy Independence Day, where, instead of blasting his political opponents in typical fashion, he focused on celebrating Independence Day and lining up for his historic Semiquincentennial address tonight. 

Earlier this afternoon, the line outside the Great American State Fair stretched across the city as people waited to gain entry in over 100-degree heat!

President Trump is scheduled to deliver remarks at the Lincoln Memorial during the “Salute to America Celebration” at 9:45 pm ET. After the rally, Trump is planning to shoot off 850,000 fireworks in what he previously described as “the LARGEST FIREWORKS SHOW IN HISTORY.”

“Despite the heat, which isn’t as bad as predicted, the crowds in D.C. are INCREDIBLE! The love of our Country has never been stronger!” he said in a statement just before 3 pm. “The Air Shows are at a level never seen before – What great pilots, what great equipment!!! See you all later!”

Trump further highlighted the Reflecting Pool, saying it “looks great, despite all it went through with the Vandal Thugs” and that it will be drained right after Fourth of July weekend.

“Happy Independence Day. Our Country is Stronger than EVER!!!” Trump said.
