Will Smith Being Sued for Sexual Harassment by Male Violinist Who Claims He Was Subjected to Grooming, Threats, and Retaliation | The Gateway Pundit | by Cassandra MacDonald

Violinist Brian King Joseph, a 33-year-old professional musician, has filed suit against Smith and his company, Treyball Studios Management, Inc., in the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles.
According to the complaint filed on Tuesday, Joseph alleges that Smith was “deliberately grooming and priming him” for “further sexual exploitation” after inviting him to join the tour in 2024.
The musician claims the harassment escalated in March of last year, while on tour in Las Vegas, where he discovered signs of forced entry into his hotel room, including a chilling note that read, “Brian, I’ll be back…just us,” signed by “Stone F” with a heart.
Accompanying the note were disturbing items such as “wipes, a beer bottle, a red backpack, a bottle of HIV medication with another individual’s name, an earring and hospital discharge paperwork belonging to a person unbeknownst to,” according to the lawsuit.
Joseph, fearing for his safety and believing an unknown person might return for sexual acts, reported the incident to hotel staff.
However, he claims he was then “shamed” by a member of the tour’s management team and abruptly fired from the tour.
The lawsuit seeks damages for severe emotional distress, economic loss, reputational harm, and other impacts, including PTSD and other mental health issues stemming from the ordeal.
In a cryptic Instagram video posted on December 26, Joseph hinted at the scandal without naming Smith directly, stating, “Getting fired or getting blamed or shamed or threatened or anything like that simply for reporting sexual misconduct or safety threats at work is not OK,” and noting it involved “somebody huge in the industry.”
Smith’s attorney, Allen B. Grodsky, has vehemently denied the allegations, calling Joseph’s complaint “false, baseless and reckless,” according to a report from Page Six.
In a statement, Grodsky added, “[The allegations] are categorically denied, and we will use all legal means available to address these claims and to ensure that the truth is brought to light.”
Smith himself has not yet responded directly to the accusations.
