President Trump on Wednesday slammed CNN, adding to his countless streak of sending reporters from the outlet out of the White House in shame. 

CNN’s Alayna Treen asked the President about War Secretary Pete Hegseth and the Department of War’s strikes against Venezuelan narcoterrorists in the Caribbean Sea.

This comes after a November 29 report from the Washington Post claimed, citing anonymous sources, that Hegseth ordered troops to “kill everybody” on board the boats and ordered a double strike to kill survivors clinging to the wreckage of a ship in the Caribbean Sea.

But Hegseth says he did not give these orders, and the strikes against designated foreign terrorists were 100% legal.

Treen mentioned that lawmakers are still criticizing Hegseth over the strikes, and Trump responded, “You mean the people that you work for, the Democrats?”

“Oh, gee, I’m shocked to find that out,” Trump said. “You know you work for the Democrats, don’t you? You are basically an arm of the Democrat Party.“

Trump: No. He hasn’t told me. I thought that issue was dead. I’m surprised you bring it up. You must be CNN. Are you CNN?

Treen: I am with CNN.

Trump: Oh, gee, I’m shocked to find that out… You know you work for the Democrats, don’t you? You are basically an arm of the Democrat Party.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Hegseth recently slammed the Washington Post and discussed the legality and operational planning of strikes against Venezuelan drug boats at the Reagan National Defense Forum in Simi Valley, California, on Saturday.

Hegseth further signaled that he may release the full video of the strikes on September 2, where US forces hit the same boat twice, sparking outrage and claims of illegality from terrorist-sympathizing leftists.
