Steve Bannon and Ben Bergquam on Lawless Sanctuary Cities Becoming Third World Places to Live “In Minneapolis, the Community has Been Weaponized Against ICE" (VIDEO) | The Gateway Pundit | by David Greyson
Steve Bannon and reporter Ben Bergquam had a conversation about how lawless sanctuary cities are becoming dangerous places to live in. He used Minneapolis as a prime example of the hostility that ICE agents face.
Blue cities and states have worked against ICE agents not only with NGOs and crazy protestors, but also in some areas where law enforcement won’t cooperate with the federal government’s efforts to arrest illegal aliens.
The video opens with Ben Bergquam in Minneapolis walking the streets in a crowded area filled with anti-ICE protestors. Bergquam had tried talking to a motorist who had stopped in the street and was met with extreme hostility and foul and abusive language.
“That may be one of the most intense cold opens we’ve ever had,” Bannon said.
“Talk to me about the difference between Minneapolis and New Orleans,” Bannon said.
“I don’t think folks in the country understand what’s happening in Minneapolis. How out of control this is. And you are a hundred percent correct. That sound is the death of a nation,” Bannon said.
“You talk about a contrast. I’m here at the Kenner PD just outside of New Orleans, and this is the difference. It’s the difference between America and a third-world country,” Bergquam said.
“We are a divided states of America today and it’s because of these leftist policies,” Berquam warned.
“All of these places that have pitted themselves against our federal government, our ICE and Border Patrol from doing the job of removing the illegals that they allowed into our country, and weaponizing their community against ICE,” Bergquam said.
“In Minneapolis, the community has been weaponized against ICE. Not only will law enforcement not show up and support ICE, they will show up to oppose ICE,” Bergquam explained.
“You contrast that to New Orleans, where I am down here. Kenner PD is working directly with Border Patrol. They are actually riding together on rides,” Bergquam said.
“It’s very simple, we either die as a nation because of leftist policies, or we survive because of MAGA policies. That’s the divide right now,” Bergquam warned.
“It’s clear. It’s one or the other. It can’t be anyone in between, correct?” Bannon asked.
“It’s very clear. You can’t have both. It’s one or the other. You either save this nation and stand up for this nation, or you are willing to allow this nation to die,” Bergquam declared.
