President Trump DENIED Nobel Peace Prize Despite Ending EIGHT Wars as Nobel Committee Head Offers an Outrageous Reason for Snub - White House Responds | The Gateway Pundit | by Cullen Linebarger

Despite his role in ending a whopping eight wars since taking office, President Donald Trump did not receive the Nobel Peace Prize, and the head of the Nobel Committee offered a pathetic justification for the decision.
Instead, the committee awarded Venezuelan opposition leader María Corina Machado with the prize due to “her tireless work promoting democratic rights for the people of Venezuela and for her struggle to achieve a just and peaceful transition from dictatorship to democracy.”
When asked about Trump, Nobel Committee chair Jørgen Watne Frydnes suggested the president was too much of an attention-seeker and thus unworthy of the prize.
“In the long history of the Nobel Peace Prize, I think this committee has seen many types of campaign, media attention,” Frydnes said. “We receive thousands and thousands of letters every year of people wanting to say what, for them, leads to peace.”
“This committee sits in a room filled with the portraits of all laureates, and that room is filled with both courage and integrity. So we base only our decision on the work and the will of Alfred Nobel,” he continued.
In other words, the committee denied Trump simply due to his personality. How pathetic.
Steven Cheung, the President’s fiery communications director, responded bluntly and correctly to the insane decision.
“The Nobel Committee proved they place politics over peace,” Cheung quipped.
While Corina Machado is an incredible woman who has been a brave warrior in her fight against communist tyrant Nicholas Maduro, who has stolen multiple elections in Venezuela, no person in the world has come close to Trump in terms of saving lives and brokering peace.
Here are the six wars Trump has ended since taking office in January:
• Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda
Trump also ended two wars in his first term:
Recall that Barack Obama received the Nobel Peace Prize simply for winning the presidency.
He then went on to start multiple wars and drop more than 26,000 bombs on seven countries.
