THE US has blitzed Iran for a week straight as Trump’s latest strikes blow up spy towers and bridges cutting off a key port city.
American forces blasted more Iranian infrastructure and military targets on Friday in a tit-for-tat attack on bridges and energy sites.
A key Iranian port was rocked as a tower collapsed in the devastating strikes.
US Central command wrote on X: “U.S. forces successfully destroyed the Chah Bahar Shahid Kalantari Port surveillance tower, part of a maritime surveillance network along Iran’s Gulf of Oman coastline.

The spy tower was “used for decades by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) to track and target commercial vessels transiting the Strait of Hormuz.
“The destruction of the tower directly degrades IRGC’s ability to coordinate attacks on innocent civilian crew members.

“Furthermore, the strike protects freedom of navigation in regional waters for all vessels, except for ships attempting to violate the ongoing U.S. naval blockade against Iran.”
President Donald Trump threatened to pile pressure on Tehran over its chokehold on the crucial waterway.
But Iran hit back with a furious missile barrage against US allies in the region, targeting nations including mediator Qatar and Kuwait.
A Kuwait desalination plant was damaged in the attacks.

Terrifying footage captured the end of the attack as an Iranian drone was seen nosediving towards a warehouse which was already up in flames.
