The MAGA live-streamer known as Manny was taken into custody by DC police on Thursday afternoon after being seen allegedly pleasuring himself during a Cirque Mechanics performance.

Gian Rachtelli, 54, was reported by three different witnesses on the National Mall and charged with one count of lewd, indecent or obscene acts.

One witness said she saw the streamer dressed as Uncle Sam “doing inappropriate things during a performance” at around 3:50pm, per a police report.

“He returned for the second show, and I saw him with his hand in his pants likely doing what we all thought he was doing,” a witness told cops.

“I was approached by a female member of the acrobat team who had noticed an older white male that was making her & other female performers uncomfortable,” a second witness reported.

“They informed me that they noticed him making lewd gestures in his pants (as if he was attempting to/masturbating) while they were performing.”

A third witness, who was standing behind Rachtelli during the alleged incident, reported seeing him vaping and filming the female performers.

“He then stuck his right hand down his pants and it moved back-and-forth approximately six times very uncomfortable, in what appeared to be self pleasure or masturbation,” they wrote in a statement.

It was after interviewing the three witnesses that police arrested and charged him.

No response given by Rachtelli to the allegations was included in the police report.

Fans have leapt to his defense claiming it is a “false report” and noted that he had been live-streaming most of the day from the event.

Manny’s last stream was cut off when police officers approached him and no audio was provided to know what was said.

The U.S. Sun has reached out to Rachtelli for comment.

It is the latest humiliation to hit the Great American State Fair which has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons.

The 16-day event which was launched by the president on Wednesday has sparked outrage with shocking food prices, power outages, and strict entry regulations.

Power problems have seen the centerpiece ferris wheel shutdown, food in the food hall melted, and booths have been left empty.

Issues began before the event kicked off with numerous performers and state representatives pulling out at the last minute, forcing Trump to essentially headline himself.

Attendance so far appears to be sparse and many who have visited, have not left glowing reviews.

“Went to the Great American State ‘Fair’ yesterday so you don’t have to,” Washington, D.C., Councilmember Christina Henderson wrote on X.

“Not a funnel cake, corn dog, bucket lemonade, or fried Snickers in sight. The only ride is the Ferris Wheel. It’s not that kind of state fair, y’all.”
