FORMER Senator Kyrsten Sinema has been accused of busting up a woman’s marriage with a drug-fueled affair in a bombshell lawsuit.

The 49-year-old ex-Arizona politician allegedly seduced her security guard with racy pictures of herself and a seductive MDMA trip, the jilted ex-wife claims.

Heather Ammel opened up about the jaw-dropping alleged affair in the lawsuit filed in North Carolina, which is one of the few states where scorned ex-spouses can sue over someone interfering with marriage.

She claims Sinema, who stepped away from politics in 2025, seduced and had sex with her husband Matthew Ammel during a period throughout 2023 and 2024, despite knowing he was married.

The senator, who is not married, would send her security guard “romantic” texts that “exceeded the bounds of a normal working relationship,” the lawsuit seen by The U.S. Sun alleges.

At one point, she described a sexual position as “boring” and sent a picture of herself wearing a towel, the suit claims.

Sinema and Matthew discussed his mental health issues, and she allegedly paid for him to get psychological services.

At one point, she allegedly convinced Matthew to bring illicit drugs to a work trip so she could “guide him through a psychedelic experience.”

She also took him to a music festival in Arizona where she got “handsy,” the lawsuit claims.

A lawyer representing Sinema has yet to respond for comment.

The ex-wife claimed the ex-senator’s actions ruined her marriage, leading to financial hardship and emotional distress.

She said that she’s been separated from Matthew, who isn’t named as a defendant in the suit, since November 2024.

The lawsuit was filed in Moore County, outside Charlotte, last year, but was moved to federal court this week, according to NBC affiliate WRAL.

Sinema is a former Democrat who served in Congress from 2013 to 2019, and then joined the higher court before deciding not to run for reelection in 2025.

She made history as the first openly bisexual woman to be elected to the Senate, and was known for siding with Republicans on key votes throughout her career.

In 2022, she left the Democratic Party and became an independent.
