WEST Wing star Timothy Busfield has surrendered to cops after a manhunt over allegations he groomed and sexually abused two young twin boys on the set of a TV show.

A warrant was issued on January 4 for the star, whose location was unknown for several days after the allegations went public.
According to a video obtained by the outlet, Busfield insisted: “I did not do anything to those little boys.”
SHOCKING CLAIMS
Officials in New Mexico claimed the boys were groomed on the set of The Cleaning Lady, a show where Busfield served as a director.
According to a copy of the warrant obtained by The U.S. Sun, Busfield touched one boy three times on private areas over his clothes when he was seven.

Then the star touched him five or six times when the boy was eight.
The child reportedly didn’t tell anyone about the alleged abuse because he feared Busfield – who he apparently called “Uncle Tim” – would get mad.
A second boy claimed Busfield inappropriately touched him over two years, without specifying where, as he worked on the show that ran until 2025.
The alleged abuse took place between November 2022 and spring 2024.

At one point, Busfield allegedly kissed the child on the face as he got a haircut in the hair and makeup trailer, the criminal complaint states.
The boys’ mom reported it to social services in October 2025.
Busfield allegedly told cops it was “highly likely” he had some sort of “physical contact” with the children.
“I don’t remember it, if it happened.
“I don’t remember overtly tickling the boys ever, but it wouldn’t be uncommon for me.”
The complaint claims that one of the boys has been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder and anxiety.
He suffers from nightmares about Busfield touching him, a social worker allegedly documented him saying.
PROBE LAUNCHED
Speaking with investigators, Busfield blamed the boys’ mother, claiming an actor told him she wanted revenge when the twins weren’t brought back for the show’s final season.
Cops tried to speak with the actor, but they declined, the complaint states.
Fox and Warner Bros officials have spoken out amid the probe.
“The health and safety of our cast and crew is always our top priority, especially the safety of minors on our productions,” a spokesperson said in a statement.
“We take all allegations of misconduct very seriously and have systems in place to promptly and thoroughly investigate, and when needed, take appropriate action.”
Christina McGovern, an investigator with Solomon Law who led a Warner Bros. investigation, said in a statement that she found no evidence of wrongdoing.
“Based on what was alleged, and all evidence gathered, including multiple witness statements, I found no corroborating evidence that Mr. Busfield engaged in inappropriate conduct or that he was ever alone with the twins on set,” she wrote.
