Iran has been increasingly threatening toward President Donald Trump's life since the start of the Iran war, which saw the assassination of the former longest serving Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
Chilling threats toward the president's life have been coming in droves, via newspaper articles, protests, and, perhaps most prominently, in the form of terrifying and bloodthirsty murals. Some of the drawings have depicted Trump as already dead.
It follows a resurgence in back-and-forth strikes by the U.S. and Iran across the Middle East, as the region gradually tips back into all-out war.

Most recently, the U.S. military launched airstrikes on Iran on Sunday, July 19, targeting Iran’s paramilitary Revolutionary Guard to retaliate for the killing of American troops in Jordan, further widening the exchange of fire between the nations as an interim deal seeking an end to their war has collapsed.

Additionally, a billboard in Tehran's Enghelab Square called for Trump to be hanged, along with more messages stating "We will kill Trump".
The Islamic Republic has repeatedly spoken of “revenge” and “blood avenging” for the death of Ali Khamenei.

Memorial Held For Iran's Late Supreme Leader
Mourners held banners reading "Kill Trump" as they paid their respects to the fallen dictator, who was assassinated by the U.S. on February 28.
