The UK’s Crown Prosecution Service on Monday announced that it would not bring charges against right-wing influencer Andrew Tate in connection with sexual assault allegations from four women suing him in a civil case.

Tate has faced prosecution in Romania in a now-years-long process that saw him confined to his residence for years. He was permitted to leave the country earlier this year and departed for the United States. Florida Attorney General James Ulthmeier subsequently announced a criminal investigation into the Tates upon their arrival in the state, but has not brought any charges.

“We undertook a further review of a case file in relation to allegations of assault and rape between 2013 and 2015,” a spokesperson for CPS said, according to The Independent.

“Following careful consideration of the evidence provided by Hertfordshire Constabulary, we concluded that our legal test for prosecution was not met, and that no further action should be taken,” the spokesperson added. “We have informed all parties of our decision and offered to meet with the complainants to explain our reasoning in more detail.”

Tate himself, celebrated the news, insisting he had been falsely smeared and wrongly subjected to baseless criminal proceedings in multiple countries.

“Romania? No case
UK? No case
USA? No case

4 months in jail, 3 years locked in my house.

Endless media slander.

25million dollars stolen from me,” he posted on X.

Lawfare? – Im one of the most mistreated men in history beside president Trump himself.”
