ALP, the nicotine pouch company launched by Daily Caller co-founder Tucker Carlson, is donating $1 million to Charlie Kirk’s family and has set up a GiveSendGo website in memory of the slain activist, the Caller has learned.

Kirk was assassinated Wednesday while speaking at Utah Valley University. He is survived by his wife, Erika, and their two young children. The site invites supporters and friends to contribute to help the family in the aftermath of the murder, according to ALP.

“We met Charlie Kirk when he was 18, through our friend Foster Friess, and have known him well since. He was an amazing person. It’s hard to find the right words in a moment like this or to understand exactly what’s happened,” Carlson and Daily Caller publisher and co-founder Neil Patel said in a statement.

“But in the meantime we want to do everything we can for Charlie’s widow Erika and their two small children,” the statement continued. “We’ve set up a GiveSendGo page on their behalf and are seeding it with $1 million from Alp Pouch. The link is below. Every dollar will go to Charlie’s family.”

A single gunshot rang out as Kirk addressed students at Utah Valley University, striking him from a building roughly 200 yards away, a university spokesperson told the Caller. Video from the scene showed security rushing Kirk away.

He was taken to a local hospital in critical condition and later succumbed to his injuries, sources close to Kirk’s team told the Caller.

Kirk’s casket will be flown to Phoenix on Thursday aboard Air Force Two with his family, close friends, Vice President JD Vance and the second lady, a source familiar with the plans told the Caller. Vance, who had been scheduled to attend the Sept. 11 memorial at Ground Zero, instead traveled to Salt Lake City to meet with Kirk’s family and friends, the source said.
