Paul redacts portions of Festivus rant as Jeffrey Epstein DOJ protest

Libertarian-leaning Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) on Christmas Eve took aim at the Justice Department’s handling of the Jeffrey Epstein files by posting a blacked-out criticism as part of his annual Festivus rant airing his “grievances” with Washington.
Paul began his Festivus screed, a tradition he borrowed from “Seinfeld” character irascible Frank Costanza, by offering President Trump tongue-in-cheek praise before quickly pivoting.
“OK, do you think he stopped reading yet?” Paul posted, referring to Trump. “Cause I do have one or two grievances, and I think we have to be fair and list them against both sides.”
