Former Disney star Shaun Weiss is working to help former Nickelodeon star Tylor Chase after a series of videos showcasing Chase’s struggle with homelessness and drug addiction went viral.

Chase had a recurring role on the popular Nickelodeon show “Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide” in the early 2000s. The 36-year-old went viral this week after a TikTok video revealed him to be living on the streets of Riverside, Calif., while struggling with drug abuse and his mental health.

Weiss, who starred in the 1992 Disney film “The Mighty Ducks,” saw the video and, having faced similar problems, is now offering to help Chase get his life back on track. In an Instagram post on Monday, Weiss asked for help in locating Chase, as he and some friends had found a bed available for him at a detox facility.
