⁠Investment and accounting software maker Clearwater Analytics will ‍be ‍bought for about $8.4 billion ⁠by a group of private ​equity firms led by ‍Permira and Warburg Pincus, ⁠the parties announced in a joint statement on ⁠Sunday.

Clearwater ​shareholders ⁠will receive $24.55 ‍in cash per share, ‌according to the terms of ⁠the ​transaction.
