President Donald Trump on Thursday blasted reports that Utah could move to an all-mail voting system, warning the Republican-led state against adopting what he described as the same model used in states that "always head LEFT, as soon as the move is made."
In a Truth Social post, Trump wrote that Utah, a state he said he won "each time, and handily," appears to be moving toward the "All Mail In Ballot format of Colorado, and the rest."
He urged Republicans to intervene, declaring, "We should stop Utah from doing this."
Trump argued that "All Mail In Ballots, dishonestly handled, are a big advantage for the Dumocrats," and claimed Democrats' "only Road to Victory, because their Policies are so insane, is CHEATING."
He also warned Republicans that Democrats are advancing "Step by step, State by State," adding, "the Democrats are smiling all the way to the 'Bank.'"
Trump called on lawmakers to "Stop the onslaught" by either "immediately terminating the Filibuster" or passing "THE SAVE AMERICA ACT!"
Mail-in voting has remained a contentious issue among many Republicans since the 2020 election.
Critics argue that voting by mail can increase the risk of fraud, ballot harvesting, administrative errors, and delayed election results, while also making it more difficult to verify voter identity than traditional in-person voting.
