Cynthia Nixon posted a video of herself wearing Mickey Mouse ears to encourage people to subscribe to Hulu and Disney+, just days after calling for a boycott following Jimmy Kimmel’s suspension, because this is precisely what rational people do.

This is extremely telling about the fact that these people stand for nothing. Just a couple of days ago, it was “Disney is bad.” Today, it’s “Disney is good.” Tomorrow, it will be “Disney is mediocre.” But the real scandal here is that her previous advocacy for canceling your Disney subscription was supposedly because she believes in the First Amendment.

According to Entertainment Weekly:

Over 400 prominent artists — including actors, comedians, musicians, writers, and directors — have signed a letter blasting ABC's decision to suspend late-night host Jimmy Kimmel.

The open letter from the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) condemns the suspension as an effort to silence artists, journalists, and media companies, calling it a "dark moment for freedom of speech in our nation."

LOL. Calling it a “dark moment for freedom of speech in our nation” seems like a bit of a stretch, if you ask me. These people do realize that government censorship only counts when the government is doing the censoring, right???I guess that doesn’t matter, because whatever their intent was, they’ve already misled the woke masses into believing this has everything to do with Trump—even though it couldn’t be further from the truth.

"In an attempt to silence its critics, our government has resorted to threatening the livelihoods of journalists, talk show hosts, artists, creatives, and entertainers across the board. This runs counter to the values our nation was built upon, and our Constitution guarantees," the letter states. "We know this moment is bigger than us and our industry. Teachers, government employees, law firms, researchers, universities, students and so many more are also facing direct attacks on their freedom of expression."

Though the letter does not name President Donald Trump, his FCC chair, Brandan Carr, ABC, or its parent company, Disney, it notes that "Jimmy Kimmel was taken off the air after the government threatened a private company with retaliation."

I just went through everything the government has said since Trump took office, and I can’t find any instance where “the government threatened a private company with retaliation.” That’s because it never happened—but of course, you knew that. All those Hollywood stars likely knew it too, since this whole so-called “free speech” issue is anything but real. Nonetheless, that won’t stop Nixon from prancing around in her childish ears and gloves, proving just how pathetic these people truly are.
