I'll admit, this isn't the first time that I've seen pro-choice women compare fetuses to parasites. I didn't know if this post was just rage-bait for engagement, or if this person really thought this was a good argument. Apparently, if you're a pro-life woman and somehow contract a tapeworm, you'd better "suck it up and be a good host."

Tapeworms do not have hearts nor a circulatory system, and therefore do not have a heartbeat.

Tapeworms do not have nervous systems, and therefore do not feel pain. 

Additionally, tapeworms have no brainwaves and are not humans. They are parasites.

This unnamed poster has quite the glamorous avatar and the bio, "A girl with Angelic Aura ♡ 💋⭒˚" The account is also based out of South Asia, so yeah, it's engagement bait. Again, though, this isn't the first time I've heard this argument. There was this exchange back in 2019 that I wrote about:
