Senator Mitch McConnell has just put out another proof-of-life photo with his wife, saying he’s not yet cleared to leave the rehab facility and return to the Senate.

JUST IN: Senator Mitch McConnell cancels a scheduled appearance at a Kentucky event this upcoming weekend, saying he is still medically recovering from a fall in June.
