'Scramble Not to Answer': Watch Stunned Democrat U.S. Senator Scurry to Avoid Question About Socialism - đ The Liberty Daily

(WND)âAmericaâs Democrat party now is the party of âDemocratic socialists.â They actually are just socialists who have embedded themselves in the leftist party and are working on an open-borders nation with a commune economy where the government gives large masses of minorities huge benefits including cash, and gives voters the bill.
Itâs the latest iteration of socialism, which has not worked, ever.
ADVERTISEMENTSo when a prominent Democrat was asked exactly that question, she scurried to not answer.
According to a video posted online by RNC Research, it was u.s. Sen. Lisa Blunt Rochester, a Democrat from Delaware, who was asked on CNBC where socialism ever has been successful: âWhere has socialism ever worked, senator?â
âIs that another question or is that for the next interview,â she non-answered.
CNBC pressed: âI just want to know one place where socialism has been beneficial.â
Rochester replied: âWhen you have me come back on we can talk about all the races.â
âDemocratic socialistsâ already are in office, like Zohran Mamdani as New York Cityâs mayor.
And recently, Democrat primaries have booted incumbents and given the extremist âdemocrat socialistsâ a toe-hold on elections.
Those include two state Senate races and four state Assembly races in New York.
One Hill report documented: âAber Kawas, a Palestinian-American, triumphed in the state Senate Democratic primary for District 12, while state Sen. Jabari Brisport (D) secured more than 78 percent of the vote to win another term for his seat in District 25, with the GOP primary in that district canceled. Democratic socialist candidate Jessica GonzĂĄlez-Rojas is leading her primary in District 13, according to DDHQ, although the results have not yet been finalized.â
Others with ties to democratic socialism included Christian Tate and Samantha Kattan, in New York Assembly races.

A report at RedState said it was CNBCâs Joe Kernen who put Rochester on the spot.
âCheck out Rochesterâs scramble not to answer the question,â the report said. âAt this point, the Democrats are in complete chaos. They opened the door to the socialists. Now those socialists are winning in places like New York, and making noises elsewhere. Theyâre even threatening to take down House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (NY-08), chanting, âYouâre next!'â
RedState reported, âThe socialists are now the face of the party; the Democrats are banner holders for a failed ideology. That needs to be pointed out by the Republicans at every opportunity.â
