If you’re a white American living your life in Minnesota, heads up… you’re pretty much screwed.

That’s what millions of Americans are thinking after the guilty verdict against Shiloh Hendrix. She was basically convicted for using the “N-word.”

You can debate her attitude and the ugliness of the word all you like, but in America, even hateful speech is protected by the First Amendment, according to the United States Supreme Court.

Unless you live in Minnesota.

Shiloh wasn’t convicted of any offense towards the child. But she was convicted of disorderly conduct against the Somali man filming the incident at the park.

Count 2 towards the videographer: guilty

Reminder that the “videographer” is a Somalian predator who was charged with raping a teenage girl but was let go.

In Minnesota, if a foreigner sexually assaults minors, he goes free, but if you say the n-word, you are punished by the state. Two-tiered justice system.

Meanwhile, the man who filmed the incident was identified as a Somalian. His name is Sharmeke Beyle Omar, and back in 2022, he and another man were arrested and charged with sexual assault of a teenager. That case was dismissed.

American Nightmare:

American mother Shiloh Hendrix faced criminal charges in Rochester, Minnesota for using a racial slur during a confrontation at a park.

She was looking at up to 90 days in jail over the incident involving a child of Somali descent and the adult who filmed her.

BREAKING – Jury verdict (July 23, 2026):
• Count 1 – Disorderly Conduct (regarding the child): Not Guilty
• Count 2 – Disorderly Conduct (regarding the videographer): Guilty
She received a stayed 90-day sentence, probation, a $1,000 fine, and 200 hours of community service.
The man who recorded the video is Sharmake Beyle Omar.

In 2022 he and another man were charged with third- and fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a 16-year-old. Those charges were dismissed in March 2025 “in the interest of justice.” No conviction.

The man who was filming Shiloh Hendrix was Sharmake Beyle Omar

He was previously charged with raping a 16 year old after she ran away from her foster home.

According to court records, the teenager told law enforcement that Mohamed Omer picked her up at a Rochester Kwik Trip and offered her a place to stay at his trailer, then propositioned and raped her after the teenager told him she would not have sex with him.

The teen said she met Sharmake Omar at the trailer later, and that Omar sexually assaulted her twice.

“The teenager said she was kept at the trailer for just under 24 hours with no food, and the two men took her shoes to prevent her from running away.”

The prosecutor didn’t attempt to bring the case to trial for 3 years, and the victim aged out of the foster system and left Minnesota, so the charges were dropped.

To really put things into perspective, the black man who murdered a young white woman on a train hasn’t faced trial yet. But Shiloh, who used the N-word, has already been convicted.

Free speech and the First Amendment are dead in blue states and blue cities. It’s as if these places are now “no-go zones” for the United States Constitution. Their leftwing ideology trumps everything our country was founded on, including the laws and rights in this land.

Attorney Andrew Branca put this case into perspective and showed the “sneaky” way the prosecutors bypassed the Constitution to get their conviction.

No, the N-word is not illegal. Minnesota is claiming that the magic N-word as used in this case by Shiloh Hendrix qualifies as “fighting words” that constitute the misdemeanor crime of disorderly conduct.

In fact, Minnesota case law’s examples of speech-involved disorderly conduct invariably involve either a concurrent threat of violence or offensive speech that lasts for hours, often while the speaker refuses to cease trespassing.

None of these “beyond mere speech” aggravating factors exist in the case of Shiloh Hendrix.

Many believe blue states and cities will find a way to convict anyone who refuses to toe the progressive line, shows even the slightest sign of dissent, or lashes out in fear or anger.

And if you’re white in one of these cities or states, and you’re going up against a foreign POC, you’re probably screwed, even if the Constitution is on your side.

There’s something deeply wrong in America, and what’s happening to our justice system is far more dangerous than an “ugly word” protected by the First Amendment.
