Who can forget this disgraceful moment:
Thankfully, Ketanji Brown Jackson was in the minority (on a 6-3 decision) when she voted against SCOTUS’ women’s sports ruling today. Her bias was assumed as she couldn’t provide a definition for what a woman is during her confirmation hearing! pic.twitter.com/ImaryGpDnB

The Supreme Court on Tuesday totally rejected the claim the U.S. government must force young girls to accept boys into their sports team.
The 6-to-3 decision said:
The term “sex” in Title IX, the Javits Amendment, and the Title IX regulations cannot plausibly be interpreted to refer to anything other than biological sex.

They did not say that local jurisdictions must bar transgender players, ensuring continued debate over the issue.

Justice Thomas finally said what the left has spent years pretending nobody could say out loud: women are women, and female sports belong to females. It shouldn’t have taken the Supreme Court to get here, but here we are. Common sense took the long road, but at least today, for this ruling, it finally arrived.
