The Biden regime may be gone, but their prosecution machine is still grinding away, like there’s no tomorrow.

Even with President Trump back in office, some of the most twisted political cases launched under Biden’s DOJ are still moving full steam ahead. These aren’t just leftover court filings sitting on some dusty shelf. They’re active, aggressive, and steamrolling through the legal system as if nothing changed in the Swamp.

And that has a lot of people asking one very fair question: why?

One thing we know for certain is that the American people didn’t elect Trump to protect Biden’s corrupt DOJ. They elected him to dismantle it. So why are so many of these targeted prosecutions, the kind designed to crush political dissidents and independent thinkers, still happening under his watch?

It’s a fair question, but let’s also agree that draining a swamp this size takes time, and likely more than one America First president. Because, as you know, the federal government isn’t just bloated; it’s entrenched, with thousands of unelected holdovers who have zero interest in justice and every interest in protecting the status quo. And that’s the problem. These prosecutions aren’t about justice; they’re political morality plays.

Take the case against OneTaste.

OneTaste was a company based in San Francisco that became known for a practice called “Orgasmic Meditation.” In the middle of the #MeToo hysteria, the federal government swooped in.

Nicole Daedone, the founder, is now facing federal charges for allegedly running some sort of “forced labor conspiracy” ring. That’s the government’s official story. But the real story is that the DOJ is criminalizing remorse in grown adults who knew full well what they were doing in order to score social awareness points. They’re taking stories of regret and twisting them into fairy tales of abuse. And they’re doing it with the help of Netflix, legacy media, and a few bitter ex-employees who can’t keep their stories straight.

Nobody was forced to be part of OneTaste. Nobody was trafficked or turned into a slave. This is a case about blurred lines and consent being retroactively reshaped into criminal charges. It’s punishment by prosecution, a way for prosecutors to score points off of #MeToo hysteria and get in tight with the likes of Netflix and the mainstream media.

Yet somehow, this case is still on the docket in New York, driven by Biden’s DOJ leftovers.

Mike Howell, Executive Director of the Heritage Oversight Project, weighed in on the lingering Biden-era prosecutions still moving forward under the Trump administration: “It’s disappointing to see a prosecution based on FBI misconduct and collusion with Netflix. I think it runs counter to the promises to reform the FBI and DOJ. The political precedents that could be set in this case, specifically as it relates to brainwashing, will soon obviously be applied to political enemies in the future.”

It’s a chilling thought, but the pattern is clear. They used a twisted form of legal creativity to convict Douglass Mackey of a felony for posting an anti-Hillary meme. Many believe that same strategy was later turned on President Trump himself.

But that’s not all. Another big lawfare case involves a man by the name of Roger Ver.

Now, he’s not a household name, but in the world of cryptocurrency, he’s a legend. Roger was one of the first and biggest investors in Bitcoin. He literally bought the domain Bitcoin.com. He spent years pushing for a decentralized financial system that threatened to completely destroy the fiat-driven globalist economy.

And that right there made him a target.

Roger’s beef with the government started way before the word crypto became mainstream. Many years ago, he tried to cut ties with the US system. He reached out to the IRS, asking what he needed to pay in order to settle up with the government before renouncing his US citizenship. The IRS refused to give him a number. Instead, they kept him in limbo.

Eventually, Roger gave up and walked away. He paid his taxes, moved to Japan, and kept working in crypto. Now, fast forward to the Biden regime years, and suddenly the DOJ wants him behind bars because they say he didn’t pay them enough. He was arrested while traveling through Spain, and now he faces possible extradition to the US, where he could be hit with charges that carry up to 109 years behind bars.

Roger’s case is a political hit job. And the fact that it’s still being pushed under Trump’s DOJ is concerning, to say the least.

These are just two cases. But they reveal a much bigger problem. The same prosecutors and bureaucrats who built Biden’s political hit squad are still sitting in their offices, collecting paychecks, and running cases like nothing ever changed.

This isn’t justice. It’s the same scorched-earth political prosecution playbook being carried out by people who never should have had power in the first place.

And that’s why this matters.

President Trump knows better than anyone what it feels like to be targeted by a corrupted system. His life has been ripped apart by one politically motivated prosecution after another. So it’s even more important that he step in now and stop the Biden-era vendettas that are still being carried out in his name.

Nobody expects miracles. But we do expect progress. That means cleaning house at the DOJ. Identifying and removing the holdover prosecutors. Reviewing every politically motivated case launched under Biden. And shutting them down.

The cases against OneTaste and Roger Ver never should’ve made it past a grand jury. They should be dismissed immediately.

The American people didn’t vote for another round of “Deep State” persecution. They voted for someone who would burn the old system to the ground and build something better.
