    President Trump, as noted, is on his way to North Dakota today to participate in the opening of the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library.

    If you missed the Morning Minute yesterday, first of all, thank you for noticing! Second, my apologies — gremlins (or, more likely, commies) were monkeying with the servers and created technical difficulties just as I was attempting to put it together. Thankfully, these were resolved prior to the Supreme Court issuing its decisions, so we were able to bring you that coverage, uninterrupted.
