Ben Carson is grandly grateful for Donald J. Trump.

As reported by The Daily Wire, on Friday, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Ben posted to Facebook a severe Thank You to his friend.

Carson’s kudos regarded his own terrible time with the coronavirus.

In November, the famous neurosurgeon tested positive.

Having just had the illness himself, the Leader of the Free World got Ben set up for just what the doctor ordered.

“[I] am convinced (Trump’s assistance) saved my life.”

Of course, he doesn’t solely credit the Commander-in-Chief for his well-being:

“Thank you everyone for your support and prayers as (wife) Candy and I battled COVID-19.”

Ben’s long been an advocate of prayer, including during medical crises. As covered by RedState’s Sister Toldjah in March, as a member of the White House Coronavirus Task Force, he called to a rebirth of communion with one’s Creator:

“You know, we’ve gotten away from prayer and faith a lot in this country. There’s nothing wrong with Godly principles, no matter what your faith is.”

Back to Ben’s praise for the Prez, you may be wondering: “Isn’t Donald Trump the man who wants to murder everyone?”

It’s not a bad question; we seem to have been relentlessly warned.

Hence, the previous stories:

Ben Carson is not only an innocent man, but a black one; and we appear to have been absolutely informed that’s the race Trump wants to eradicate from the earth.

Yet, the man in the Oval Office evidently saved his friend’s life.

And Ben wants the world to know:

“President Trump, the fabulous White House medical team, and the phenomenal doctors at Walter Reed have been paying very close attention to my health and I do believe I am out of the woods at this point.”

Here’s how it all played out:

“I was extremely sick and initially took Oleander 4X with dramatic improvement. However, I have several co-morbidities and after a brief period when I only experienced minor discomfort, the symptoms accelerated and I became desperately ill.”

When he needed it, help was there:

“President Trump was following my condition and cleared me for the monoclonal antibody therapy that he had previously received, which I am convinced saved my life.”

Ben hopes for all victims of the virus to be handed the same hope as he:

“I am hopeful that we can stop playing politics with medicine and instead combine our efforts and goodwill for the good of all people. While I am blessed to have the best medical care in the world (and I am convinced it saved my life), we must prioritize getting comparable treatments and care to everyone as soon as possible.”

In closing, he offered, “Together we will be victorious.”

Because:

“God is still in charge.”
