Geert Wilders Issues Dire Warning to the West: 'If Jerusalem Falls, Then Athens, Paris, and Amsterdam Are Next' (Video)

In a blistering defense of Israel and the West, Geert Wilders warned Dutch Parliament that if we allow the Jewish state and Jerusalem to fall to Islamic terror, then Athens, Paris, and Amsterdam will be next – accusing the Left of enabling antisemitism, rewriting truth, and standing with the enemies of civilization.
Dutch patriot Geert Wilders erupted in Parliament this week, delivering a brutal takedown of far-left MP Frans Timmermans after he accused Israel of “war crimes” and “ethnic cleansing.” What began as a debate about the collapse of the Dutch cabinet quickly turned into a brutal confrontation over Israel, antisemitism, and the future of Western civilization.
After Timmermans accused Israel of committing “war crimes,” “ethnic cleansing,” and “genocidal violence,” Wilders fired back, “It’s not a disgrace—you’re a disgrace, for making almost anti-Semitic statements about a country that fights for its existence.”
Wilders, one of the fiercest defenders of Israel in Europe, refused to let Timmermans’ smear campaign go unanswered. He reminded Parliament and the world that Israel is not waging war for territory or politics, but fighting to survive:
“This is about the existence of the Jewish State of Israel.”
“Terrorists in Gaza want to wipe Israel off the map—and of course Israel must defend itself. I mourn every innocent life lost, but I will never apologize for standing with a country fighting for its survival.”
When Timmermans demanded Wilders retract his statements and accused him of violating “Dutch values,” Wilders didn’t flinch. He made it clear what is truly at stake:
“Israel is fighting our battle. If Jerusalem falls, Athens, Paris, and Amsterdam are next.”
Wilders Destroys Smear Campaign Over Budapest Conference
Wilders also dismantled the smear campaign surrounding a conservative conference he attended in Budapest, where he shared the stage with Israeli officials. Timmermans accused the event of platforming “fascists,” but Wilders fired back with facts:
“Who are you to tell me with whom I may speak? Those Israelis would never stand with fascists. You’re out of your mind to suggest it.”
He then exposed a dishonest social media campaign by left-wing MEP Kati Piri, who had posted a collage of conference attendees meant to discredit Wilders:
“She forgot the most important people—ordinary citizens who stood for sane immigration and asylum policies, with far healthier views than yours.”
Wilders made it clear that the real scandal wasn’t who spoke at the conference; it was the deliberate effort to silence and slander anyone who stands up for sovereignty, security, and the right to speak freely.
“Israel Is the Front Line”
Wilders laid out what the media and the globalist Left refuse to acknowledge: “Israel is the only democracy in the Middle East. It’s fighting Iran, Hamas, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad, not just for themselves, but for us.”
“The reason our mothers in the West can sleep peacefully is because Israeli mothers lie awake wondering if their sons will come home alive. They fight for freedom.”
He made it personal and civilizational: “If we let Israel fall, we let our Jewish-Christian heritage fall. If we abandon Jerusalem, we abandon Amsterdam.”
“They’re fighting our enemies. And you, Timmermans, you’re standing with those enemies. You are the disgrace to this house.”
Timmermans Crumbles Under Pressure
Unable to refute Wilders, Timmermans reverted to moral preening, claiming to “have a warm place in his heart for Israel” while simultaneously accusing its government of “war crimes” and “genocidal violence.” He insisted that he “is not an antiSemite” and demanded a retraction.
But Wilders didn’t back down. “Your aversion to Israel and to democracy grows by the day. And now you accuse Israeli officials of standing with fascists? It’s a disgusting lie.”
He reminded Parliament that the Israeli government would never share a stage with fascists, and that the accusation alone was an insult to every Israeli fighting for freedom.
This Wasn’t a Debate – It Was a Battle Line
This clash wasn’t just about words. It was a battle line drawn in real time, between those who side with Western civilization and those who surrender it to terrorists. Between those who understand that Israel’s fight is our fight, and those who enable its enemies.
“They fight for democracy. They fight the same enemies we face. And if you can’t see that, you have no business in government.”
Geert Wilders isn’t just defending Israel, he’s defending the free world. And if the Left wants to side with Hamas and Hezbollah, they’ll have to do it knowing Wilders is standing in their way – loud, unafraid, and unshakable.
