A 16-year-old girl struck a beam during a dangerous subway surfing stunt in Queens — and miraculously survived, cops and sources said.

The teen was riding on top of the southbound A train pulling into the Broad Channel station around 3:12 p.m. Wednesday when she suddenly rammed into a beam overhead, according to police and law-enforcement sources.

Video posted to social media shows the teen laying limp across the roof of the stopped train before multiple firefighters carefully removed her — as stranded commuters looked on and NYPD cops attempted to keep order.

The teen was conscious and alert and was taken to the Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, where she was treated for a broken femur and listed in stable condition.

“The train’s not gonna move after this,” one frustrated straphanger could be heard saying at the scene. “Thank God she got off safe and she’s alive though.”

“You gotta give a shout-out to the firefighters.”

The NYPD revealed in May that subway surfing remains so horrifyingly common that police have nabbed at least 60 repeat offenders as young as 10 years old since they began cracking down five years ago.

NYPD Chief of Transit Joseph Gulotta, speaking just days after a 14-year-old boy plunged off Williamsburg Bridge in May, said at the time that cops hired a mom who lost her son to the stunt in 2023 to spread the word.

Police have also deployed drones to try to nab risk-taking subway surfers before it’s too late, and have been able to detain dozens before the tragedy.

But the reckless daredevils are hard to dissuade.

MTA data released last month found that riding outside of subway cars has increased 200% over the prior two years, largely fueled by social media videos.

In 2024, seven people died doing it, and five more in 2025.

In May, horrifying video footage obtained by The Post captured a subway surfing incident on the Williamsburg Bridge in Lower Manhattan that killed a 14-year-old boy and left an 18-year-old gravely injured.

The dead teen was struck in the head by a beam and fell off the elevated tracks to the ground below, while the older boy was hurled off the train.

In one tragic case last year, a 12-year-old Brooklyn girl who was killed last year had posted dozens of bone-chilling videos online, in some cases while dangling above passing trains.

In the weeks leading to her death atop a J-train in October, Zemfira Mukhtarov posted a TikTok video as she lay on the tracks as a subway rumbled over her, and on a narrow beam while a train zipped by underneath her.
