First victim of California library shooting revealed — as staff's heroic actions emerge
The identity of one of two people killed in a California library shooting has been revealed — as the local DA heaped praise on staff for saving lives.
One of the victims was 46-year-old Chico resident Jacob Hull, and the other is an unidentified 74-year-old man, according to KRCR. A child was also injured in the shooting.
The alleged shooter is 18-year-old Bradley Scott Sayer, who acted alone with intentions to commit a “Columbine High School massacre type of shooting.”

He graduated from Chico High School just weeks before the library shooting.
