3.4-magnitude earthquake shakes portions of Redlands, Inland Empire

A 3.4-magnitude earthquake shook portions of the Inland Empire on Tuesday morning, the US Geological Survey reported.

The quake struck at around 9:36 a.m. about four miles southwest of Redlands on Tuesday, the agency said.

Moderate shaking was felt in the nearby areas of Lake Mathews, Beaumont, Highland, Seven Oaks, Corona, Riverside, Menifee and San Jacinto, according to the USGS Shakemap.

There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage.
