Menace hits stranger in face with baseball bat in Manhattan: cops
A black-clad menace was caught on camera running up to a stranger on the Upper West Side and repeatedly whacking him in the face with a baseball bat, according to cops.
The unsuspecting 24-year-old victim was walking near West End Avenue and W. 107th Street around 10:30 p.m. Sunday night when the maniac ran up and started swinging the black bat, the NYPD said.
The thug hit the stranger several times in the face before running off westbound towards Riverside Park.

The unidentifie victim suffered facial injuries and was rushed by EMS to Mount Sinai Morningside in stable condition, cops said.
Police released video of the alleged suspect creeping through the streets in all black clothing carrying a black baseball bat.

The suspect is described as a male with a light complexion, roughly 5’8” with a slim build.
