Today in Gen Z news, Jojo Siwa, the self-proclaimed CEO of Gay Pop, is making headlines again - this time to confirm she’s in a romantic relationship with Big Brother co-star Chris Hughes.

Jojo Siwa confirms she is officially dating Chris Hughes in a new statement to The Guardian:

That statement came just weeks after Siwa broke up with her ex-girlfriend. Now, she and Hughes are cuddled up in bed, seemingly in love, and confusing the internet.

Why? Well, because Siwa’s relationship history and identity timeline has taken more turns than a soap opera. 

In a recent interview with Nick Viall, she explains: “I came out as pansexual. Then, I came out as a lesbian. Then I was like, maybe I'm bisexual. I was like, you know what I think I'm just gay. Now I think I'm just queer.”

And now…she’s dating a man.

And her switch to dating men hasn't sat well with her gay fans, either. Some of Siwa’s LGBTQ fans criticized her for being a “bad representation” for the community.

Let’s not forget the age gap. Hughes is 32. Siwa is 22. And this relationship comes after years of Siwa exclusively dating women.

Hm. The left being judgmental? Who could’ve seen that coming?

In the same interview, the former Dance Moms star pushed back on her critics, saying, “It’s funny how that really ticked people off when the whole thing in the LGBTQIA community is like, sexuality is fluid.” 

On Big Brother, JoJo clarified she no longer identifies as a lesbian. Instead, she “just likes humans.”

Well, hey, at least we know she’s not into extraterrestrials.
