Floyd Mayweather, the undefeated boxing icon, made a striking assertion about President Trump during a recent Fox Business interview, hailing the 45/47 as the “best president” in U.S. history.

Mayweather, whose illustrious career saw him retire with a 50-0 record, argued that Trump’s business acumen makes him uniquely suited for the presidency.

“He’s the best president we’ve ever had,” Mayweather said, emphasising Trump’s achievements and suggesting that many Americans failed to appreciate his first term.

“Great businessman, and that’s what it’s about,” he added, acknowledging the widespread discontent that often accompanies any White House occupant, yet standing firm in his support.

The boxing legend’s comments align with his past gestures of support for Trump, including attending his first inauguration in 2017 and defending Trump’s infamous 2005 “Access Hollywood” remarks.

Mayweather dismissed the uproar, calling it “locker room talk” and praising Trump’s candidness as a sign of authenticity.
