Vatican says Pope Francis is in critical condition: 'More unwell than yesterday'

The Vatican said on Saturday that Pope Francis' is in critical condition.
“The Holy Father continues to be alert and spent the day in an armchair although in more pain than yesterday. At the moment the prognosis is reserved,” the statement said on Saturday.
The Pope "is more unwell than yesterday," the Vatican also said in the statement.
The Vatican said the Pope is currently fighting a "prolonged asthma-like respiratory crisis."
He is being treated for double pneumonia at this time.
