President Donald Trump holds a Medal of Honor ceremony at the White House on Thursday afternoon, where he will present the award to three recipients. 

The three former service members are Major James Capers, Jr., of the U.S. Marine Corps, Colonel John W. Ripley of the U.S. Marine Corps, who will receive the award posthumously, and Major Nicholas Dockery of the U.S. Army.

The ceremony was scheduled to take place at 4 p.m. Eastern and can be viewed here.
