SiriusXM’s Megyn Kelly said she fully objects to the support of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), adding, “eff” anyone who still supports the agency after further information emerged about where funds were going overseas.

The Subcommittee on Delivering on Government Efficiency (DOGE) held a hearing Thursday to address reports of “egregious foreign aid spending,” with some funds found to have been used to support “radical, left-wing programs” around the world. During the hearing, Gregg Roman, executive director of the Middle East Forum, informed lawmakers that USAID officials had “directly worked with and celebrated their connections to Hamas-linked organizations.”

On “The Megyn Kelly Show,” the SiriusXM host called out these ties to the terrorist group, pushing back against protests from Democrats upset with Elon Musk’s and DOGE’s efforts to upend USAID.

“Why am I funding through this group Hamas’ murder of Israeli babies? I object. I’m funding the murder of the Beavis boys,” Kelly said. “Eff you [and] anybody who supports this organization at this point. This is such an outrage that this was allowed to happen in the first place, for anyone to have the gall to object to the questioning of it. Now, never mind the shutting down by Elon and Trump.”

“They don’t have their moral head on straight. This is outrageous that the entire country should be up in arms that we’ve been doing this, and instead we get ridiculous headlines. Like I just read to you about why Elon is at a cabinet meeting,” Kelly added. “It’s infuriating … They’re more obsessed with being anti-Trump, anti-Elon than they are in figuring out what the true morality is of what’s being exposed.”

While being questioned by Republican Tennessee Rep. Tim Burchett about USAID’s links to Hamas, Roman said that since the start of the Israel-Hamas war, $2.1 billion in American taxpayer dollars had been sent to Gaza. Roman said that, in efforts to provide money “to parties that USAID formerly had a relationship with,” waivers were granted under “emergency use” provisions that allowed 90% of the aid to end up in “Hamas-controlled areas.”

“Essentially, what the U.S. assistance to Gaza did was underwrite the ability for Hamas to survive until the cease fire, which was passed a few weeks ago,” Roman said.

On Feb. 3, Musk announced during an X Space discussion that he and President Donald Trump had agreed to overhaul USAID, handing it over to the control of Secretary of State Marco Rubio. Despite reports revealing where USAID funds were being allocated, Democrats protested DOGE’s efforts to clean up the agency, especially as staff members were being fired.

In a notice posted Tuesday, the agency announced that fired employees would have 15 minutes to retrieve their personal effects on Thursday. According to the agency, the former employees were “escorted to their workspace” and underwent “x-ray machine screening upon entry” before being allowed to collect their remaining “personal belongings.”
