Ann Widdecombe Murder Update

There is so much madness in this world.
Twelve days ago, Ann Widdecombe, who was renowned for fighting the madness with stalwart bravery born of her unshakable belief in the power of speaking the truth, was a victim of it.

The seasoned politician and conservative lightning rod had been found in a pool of blood by her gardener, after the crew of a TV show she'd been scheduling a Zoom call with became concerned when she abruptly stopped answering in the middle of their text exchange.
...Police believe the former Reform spokesman for immigration and justice was killed nearly 24 hours earlier. She was discovered by her gardener, lying face down on her kitchen floor with a serious head injury, the court was told on Tuesday.
The provisional cause of her death was given as blunt force trauma.
Kashif Malik, prosecuting, said Miss Widdecombe, 78, had failed to attend a pre-arranged Channel 5 interview scheduled for just before 1pm on July 8, raising concerns about her welfare.
The show’s production team tried to contact the former Tory MP through her personal assistant, who asked the gardener to check on her. Prosecutors said that on July 9 he entered through the front door, which had been left open, and discovered her body.
In a farcical and disgraceful turn of events, the local constabulary had first decided she'd had a medical emergency and bonked her head, until I guess they noticed the inordinate amount of blood pooled around the poor woman.
One of the local Sherlocks deduced that it 'Must have been foul play,' and so they did manage to call it a murder scene eventually. The leading theory was that Ms. Widdecombe had surprised a burglar in her somewhat remote cottage, and he must have whapped the elderly lady in his panic.

This is where the counter-terrorism unit which has adults on the team took over.
Five days later, they announced it had, indeed, been a targeted assassination and were investigating numerous leads for ties to terrorism.
Devon and Cornwall Police is under fire for its handling of the Ann Widdecombe murder case after it was declared a terrorist investigation.

Three days after the murder of Ann Widdecombe, a Yorkshire man was arrested, and that only inflamed the public more. His home was an almost 600-mile round trip from the Widdecombe cottage, a nearly unthinkable distance for a round-trip jaunt if one is familiar at all with British driving habits and road conditions.
Footage of the suspect in the murder of Ann Widdecombe has been released, showing him leave his home early on Wednesday morning carrying a weapon, driving nearly 300 miles and killing the 78yr old lady.
And again police have reiterated "no political motivation"?

The arrested Rotherham 28-year-old is named Joshua Kerry, and had supposedly lived in a 'community house' since the death of his father last year. There were unsubstantiated stories of his having Russian Communist literature in his home, but, coincidentally, the British media sure went quiet after the arrest.

And now sleuths have found little nuggets of more evidence of Kerry's political leanings.
There was a Joshua Kerry from Rotherham who signed the Your Party open letter. Not sure how many left wing Joshua Kerry's there are in Rotherham but it can't be many.https://t.co/cpm3OextsJ https://t.co/PKwY24sWr6 pic.twitter.com/oMpitcychI

Your Party is a new Socialist party started by the execrable Jeremy Corbyn and Zarah Sultana.
Corbyn has not changed his schtick, appealing to the country's losers.
Since becoming an MP, inflation adjusted you’ve taken over £10 million pounds out of the tax payers pockets in wages and expenses and you’re complaining about net contributors to the treasury ?? I can see why the working class blew you the collective raspberry they did in 2019.

What makes this entire episode so thoroughly disgusting is the behavior of the British police. The bumbling dolts have had CCTV of the murder itself since the very day it happened.
...Paul Goldspring, the senior district judge, was told that police were called to the scene just after midday on July 9 and spotted a CCTV camera positioned in the hallway facing Miss Widdecombe’s kitchen.
Footage from the camera showed her sitting by the entrance to the room eating her lunch before the attack. A review of her Ring doorbell camera showed what was alleged to be the defendant’s red Vauxhall Corsa pulling up outside the property.

The details that have come out in today's arraignment of Joshua Kerry for Ann Widdecombe's brutal slaughter are just sickening.
Ann Widdecombe died after being hit on the head with a hammer 21 times, prosecutors told Westminster magistrates’ court on Tuesday.
...The prosecution alleged that the defendant “walked to the entrance of the kitchen, where he stood leaning against the hallway wall” and asked Miss Widdecombe: “Don’t suppose you have bank cards and ID?”
Two minutes was all it took the savage to beat Ann Widdecombe to death.
🚨NEW: The CPS says the attack on Ann Widdecombe lasted 2 minutes:
- She was having lunch when Joshua Kerry allegedly arrived at her house and entered through the front door
- He then struck her on the head with a hammer 21 times, tipped her from her chair, took her wallet,…

...tipped her from her chair, took her wallet, and then drove off
Ann had to be terrified. I cannot imagine the poor woman's fear in her last horrific moments.
When police searched Kerry's home, they found items belonging to the murdered lady. Or should I say 'martyred'?
...Following his arrest on suspicion of murder, Mr Kerry was later rearrested for allegedly being involved in the commission, preparation and instigation of acts of terrorism.
Mr Malik said: “During the search of his home, police allegedly discovered items belonging to Miss Widdecombe in the bins outside the property, as well as black gloves and a hammer.”

There is no mention of anything politically related, but police apparently have plenty to work on for a suspect who appeared to be a virtual nonentity.
...He [head of counter-terrorism policing] said: “I know there has been significant interest in this case and rightly so, I want to make it very clear that our investigation into this individual, determining his motivations and any wider activity he may have been involved in, is continuing.”
He further said teams had received enough information for 800 lines of inquiry over the last week.
There are unconfirmed reports of Kerry's room being festooned with Farage and Reform images, and his signature on the Your Party petition would lend credence to Farage's claim that Kerry, at the very least, had hard left leanings.
🚨JUST IN: Joshua Kerry has now been charged with the murder of Ann Widdecombe.
Since his arrest, it has been revealed that Kerry had multiple images of Nigel Farage and Reform policies pinned to his walls at his council house in Rotherham.

...Kerry possessed books and material glorifying to Communism and Soviet Union.
Farage described him as a "hard-Left activist" who attended "various marches."
Enough that the BBC is now reporting them, too.

There are very dark places where someone like Widdecombe would never know who was being influenced to do something unthinkable.
As recently as 58 minutes ago, comments in the subreddit are still speaking about Ann Widdecomb with vile language: pic.twitter.com/OCnvaWskmF

21 blows with a hammer from a tubby, snaggle-toothed loser is a tragic ending for someone who'd lived vibrantly and fearlessly for so long and still had so much to give.
Having her death investigated by a government that doesn't want anyone to know too much makes it even more of a tragedy.
And, with the elite British liberal political class in desperate cahoots with their media to tamp down as much information and speculation about this horrific event as possible, I have to say that Farage's comments are spot on.
This was a striking point Farage made in his new Triggernometry interview about the recent murder of Ann Widdecombe, and we all know he’s right:
“Can you imagine if the murderer was a Reform Party member? We’d be closed down! We wouldn’t even exist.”
We all know exactly how it… pic.twitter.com/Y3SfpzMe0m

...We all know exactly how it would play out.
24/7 wall-to-wall coverage. Every Reform politician, supporter, and anyone even mildly on the right branded collectively guilty.
“Racist”. “Nazi”. “Far-right extremist”.
Smears, doxxing, physical attacks, deplatforming, the full arsenal.
Politicians, media, talking heads in full meltdown, demanding bans and purges.
The double standard is glaring. The same voices quick to say “don’t tar a whole community” suddenly do exactly that when it’s the right.
One rule for them, another for everyone else. Most people see it clearly.
