We Must Stop Iran War to Save the CLIMATE!

I thought we had moved on from CLIMATE CRISIS WILL KILL US ALL to A GENOCIDE IS HAPPENING IN GAZA AND THE JOOS RUN EVERYTHING!

Greta assured me that climate change was over. At least I think I heard her say that I have to care about Islamist terrorists now, but maybe I misheard.

Climate alarmism had a good run, and frankly I am surprised that so many grifters shifted their attention to the far less profitable antisemitism gig. So perhaps all the people who live off the trillions wasted in "Green" projects are trying to get their activists back or something. 

21 years ago, The Guardian reported that by the year 2020:

1️⃣ The Bering Strait would be open year-round

2️⃣ European ships would routinely pass through the Arctic to reach Asia

3️⃣ Polar bear populations would decline

4️⃣ Snow would disappear from the tops of Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Kenya

5️⃣ Sea levels would start rising by 7 mm / year due to accelerated Greenland ice melt

How have these predictions fared?

Not well, they’re batting zero.

I have been inundated with climate propaganda since high school, and if you count the brief "coming ice age" scare in the mid-70s, since Junior High.

Since that time, tens of trillions of dollars have been diverted, wasted, sucked into the pockets of grifters, and paid to generations of NGO grifters and activists who lived nice lives off the hysteria. 

But all hysterias necessarily fade, and the activists themselves aren't so much money motivated as the people who profit off the hype. For them, the issue is not the issue; it's the revolution. And the Palestinians and Iran are all about the revolution. 

Of course, the Iran War has it all. It has Muslims, Israel, Hezbollah, the Military-Industrial complex, oil, and now climate change. It is almost the omnicause, with the one flaw that the homophobes and misogynists are the "good guys" for the left. 

So it shouldn't surprise me that the climate grifters are looking to get in on the Iran hype to grab back some of the useful passion that the Just Stop Oil and Greta Thunberg crowd provided to their grift. Maybe tying the war to climate will get them some street cred, since talking about windmill waste and the inability to recycle solar panels is harshing everybody's buzz. 

Not to mention that high gas prices kinda dampen enthusiasm for stopping oil production. Everybody wants the Strait of Hormuz to open entirely ASAP, and high oil prices and low supplies have boosted oil production in the United States, which also kinda sucks for the green grifters. 

Yet I don't think this new pitch hits the mark. It doesn't have the emotional impact of drowning polar bears, which for years was the most effective talking point for the global warming folks, despite the whole decline in polar bears being a hoax. Their numbers have soared over the past few decades; you can get polar bear hunting licenses, and people of indigenous descent may hunt them.

Still, you have to admire the attempt. When your entire business model is based on selling fear, you will latch onto any tidbit to keep the fear going, no matter how implausible it is. It's sort of like Candace Owens proving that something is off about Erika Kirk because she wore the wrong dress or something. 

The climate grift isn't done—too many people have too much money invested in keeping it going for it to collapse quickly. But it has peaked and is on the downswing. Sort of like California High Speed Rail. A lot more money will get squeezed out of it before it becomes nothing but some concrete pillars in the desert, but it is already doomed. 

Unless maybe Newsom can tie that to the Iran War too.
