The Affordable Care Act (ACA), commonly known as Obamacare, is nearly 15 years old. The Republican Party had plenty of chances to rescind it, but failed to do it—possibly due to the influence of the health insurance lobby. Those big insurance companies loved the ACA and in fact, they wrote the bill. It guaranteed they would rake in big money, while the people found it be increasingly unaffordable.

Obama made out like a bandit after his two terms and his net worth is over $70 million. Before he was elected president his net worth was around a million bucks. He also owns several mansions, each worth mega-millions. How did he get this money? Possibly as a reward for doing the bidding of special interests such as big health insurance companies.

The Democrat Party now complains about the lack of free Obama Care subsidies for illegal immigrants in the country. They shut down the government over this issue and quickly blamed Trump and the Republicans for that shut down. The Democrats want to establish any kind of leverage to get their power back. That leverage has now been weakened—enough Democrat votes enabled the Senate to make tentative deal to end the shutdown. Senator Schumer and many far-left Democrats are furious—they wanted to keep the shutdown going even though it would mean a breakdown of air travel and defending the country. The Democrats wanted to make a big drama show in order to steal move votes in the midterm and use the shutdown to help them win elections as they blamed Trump and the Republicans for the shutdown. The shutdown is projected to end Friday, the 14th of November, the longest in history.

It’s time to end the disaster that is Obamacare and give Americans a choice when it comes to health insurance. Obamacare was supposed to cost less, now your healthcare costs 96% more.
