Chicago Sky GM Keeps It Completely Real About Angel Reese’s Bad Play This Season

He kept it a bean.

Chicago Sky star Angel Reese has been absolutely dreadful this season. Granted, she’s had a few good games, but the majority of her campaign is full of nothing but bad play, getting thrashed by social media and launching race hoaxes.

As a result, Reese’s Sky have gotten off to a terrible 2-6 start and are desperate for the Caitlin Clark rival to step things up. And no, we’re not talking about “mebounds,” they want production! (RELATED: WNBA Television Ratings Way Down Since Caitlin Clark’s Injury: REPORT)

And don’t take it from me, the Sky’s GM Jeff Pagliocca even said it himself.

“She’s had some great games, and she’s had some games like everybody else that haven’t been her best,” said Pagliocca to the Chicago Sun-Times. “But she’s our best chance at versatility on this roster. We need more production out of her, but we need her to help us in other ways, too.”

“She’s been putting the time in. She’s been a great teammate. She knows we need to use her in a variety of ways. We’re still trying to pinpoint the most advantageous part of that,” Pagliocca continued.

Let’s just be honest here, Angel Reese is only in it for the money and the fame, and anything else to keep her ego inflated.
